INSTALLING THE DIY4x SHOCK INBOARDING KIT

The exhaust will need to be cut off since it will interfere with the shock inboarding kit. This is a simple fix though. I will add a turn down just before the axle at a later date.

These attach to the fraim rails above the rear axle. You do not need to worry about measuring for correct position since Kert designed these to use one of the stick rivets on the bump stop mount to guide you.
Look close and you can see the bolt in the bump stop bracket. This is what ensures that you install it in the correct location. Nothing says that you can go crazy and mount it elsewhere though.
Leave the welding critique at the door.
They were shot but they did allow me to weld the lower mounts in the correct location
Compare this picture to the last and you can see the amount of adjustability in the shock locations.
I finally did buy new shocks. I'll get some pics up of the finished product later.
